Approval Process

Once approved, Surterre will print or outsource the printing. Production may take 2-3 business days or longer, depending on the item requested.

No Control Over Delays

Surterre isn't responsible for delays once the item is with a third-party printer.

No Changes After Approval

I'm fully responsible for any issues (like misspellings or poor image quality) once I've approved the material. Surterre won't make changes or corrections.

Non-Printed Processing Fee

In instances where design services are required for materials not subjected to in-house printing, a processing fee of $20 per item will be imposed.

Cancellation Policy

Should you elect to cancel the request subsequent to the initiation of the design process, a cancellation fee of $5 will be levied.
